The company’s board of directors consists of five members. Two of the members represent TUSAŞ, two represent TOMTAŞ Yatırım A.Ş. and one represents ASFAT.
Prof. Dr. Fahrettin Öztürk
Chairman
Prof. Dr. Fahrettin Öztürk is the Deputy General Manager of Turkish Aerospace Industries Inc. and a faculty member at Istanbul Technical University’s Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. Professor Öztürk received all of his degrees in the Mechanical Engineering Department and graduated from Konya Selçuk University, Department of Mechanical Engineering in 1992 as the top student. He later received his Master’s Degree from the University of Pittsburgh, PA, USA in 1996 and his PhD from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY, USA in 2002.
Öztürk, who has professional experience in various positions in the aviation sector, was appointed as the founding Chairman of the Board in 2023 and continues to serve in this position.
Fatih Uysal

Fatih UYSAL, who completed his BS and MS in Materials Engineering, serves as the Supply Chain Management Director at Turkish Aerospace Industries Inc. He has experience in different areas of aviation such as aviation structures, special processes, and industrial quality.
Mahmut Sami CEYLAN

CEYLAN, a graduate of Kırıkkale University, Department of Business Administration, completed his Master’s degree in international financial reporting and auditing. He has been serving as ASFAT Financial Affairs Director since 2018.
Ali Ekşi

Ali Ekşi, Chairman of TOMTAŞ Investment Inc., received his BSc degree in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University. Ali EKŞİ has worked as an entrepreneur and manager in various companies in the fields of aviation structural manufacturing, machining and software development.
Ferhat Çakır

Ferhat ÇAKIR, who completed his undergraduate education at Selçuk University Faculty of Law, has been practicing law for over 15 years. Çakır, who completed his master’s degree in political science and international relations, is currently continuing his doctoral studies. He has investments and management experience in the family business and various companies in the fields of construction, real estate, energy, trade, technology, and artificial intelligence
